If you have forgotten your screen name, keep in mind that you may log in using your registered e-mail address instead. If you cannot remember either one, you will need to reach out to Player Support for assistance.
If you need to reset your password, you will need to handle this manually as Player Support does not have access to sensitive information such as passwords.
To begin, click on the Log In screen at the top-right of the page:
Once there, you will need to click Reset Password, which is found in the middle of the log in screen at the right-hand side:
Enter your e-mail address or screen name in the field that follows:
You will need to look in your inbox for a message from BetRivers with the subject 'Reset Password Request'. Please note that you may need to check your Spam folder.
Open the e-mail and look for the 'Reset My Password' button. If the e-mail has been sent to your Spam folder, you may need to move it to your Inbox or mark it as not Spam before any buttons become visible.
After clicking this link you'll simply need to enter your new password twice and click 'Set password'. Note that your password must be 8-20 characters and contain at least one letter and one number.
To finalize your request you will be prompted to answer your two security questions:
Simply click submit and you will be notified that your request was successful. You may now use your new password to log in and play!
